El Camino Day 13: Atapuerca to Burgos

Here’s a peak at the hike today! About 13 miles today. Burgos is a big city so about 3-4 miles will be through the city.

The terrain we went over today was rather uninspiring and when few more we got through about the first mile of urban sprawl we were not ashamed in the slightest to hop on the local bus and take it two miles to the city center. Here are a few photos from our day, enjoy!

A hauntingly, serene giant cross greeted us on top of one of the hills we crested.

Of course, cats seem to be guiding our way!
