Packed my bag today! I will go on a test hike tomorrow to see how it feels and if I need to adjust the balance/weight etc. The Camino de Santiago is not a technical backpacking trip over arduous terrain, but rather a scenic walk through northern Spain with stops at “albergues” which are communal bunk houses that serve food and offer a few private rooms. I also intend to splurge and stay at hotels occasionally!

While packing today, snow squalls came by and gave a nice little weather show. You have to love spring weather in Maine!
